We are a non-religious organization that understands the importance of peer-support groups in recovery, and that there are many paths to recovery. Our group strives to incorporate the best evidence available and most recent tools that are proven to help individuals struggling with addiction.
We are also a non-profit network of autonomous, non-professional local groups dedicated to helping individuals achieve and maintain abstinence from substance misuse and addictive behaviours.
Our meetings and program are based on the principles of Secular Humanism and take a self-empowerment approach to recovery that maintains that substance misuse and addictive behaviours are separate issues from all other life challenges.
